I’m Gaurav Mehta, a Yoga Instructor and Sound Healer from India with 25+ years of practice and over a decade of teaching experience. I blend traditional yoga with modern therapeutic insight to create safe, mindful, and transformative sessions.

I met Gaurav Sir at one of the lowest points in my health journey. I had gained almost 15 kilos, hadn’t exercised for 18 months, and my immunity was extremely low—I seemed to catch a cold every other day. I struggled with poor sleep, mood swings, and zero motivation to work out. Despite paying for gym and Pilates memberships, I never showed up. Everything changed when I came across one of Gaurav Sir’s reels on Instagram and decided to message him. He immediately encouraged me to start the very next day. What makes him exceptional is his ability to understand exactly what your body and mind need on any given day. When I had a cold, he guided me through pranayama practices like Bhastrika and Kapalbhati to clear my breathing. On emotionally difficult days, he focused on calming breathwork to help regulate my nervous system and improve sleep. And on days when I had more energy, he gently pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Even through online sessions, he notices the smallest posture corrections and guides you in a very supportive and friendly way. In just three months, I’ve lost 5 kilos, my sleep has improved dramatically, I haven’t fallen sick recently, and my overall mood feels much calmer and balanced. I have known Gaurav sir for over a year and have been taking classes with him for some time now. He is an awesome teacher and a true practitioner of yoga. His classes are detailed, challenging and yet fun to attend. He provides his attention to all students in the class and suggest easier alternatives in case someone is not able to perform an asana during class. I’ve been doing gym workouts for almost 4–5 years continuously, but my body had become very stiff over time. About 5–6 months ago I started learning Hatha Yoga through online classes with my mentor, and honestly the transformation I feel now is amazing. Yoga has brought a completely different kind of balance to my body and mind. My flexibility has improved a lot, my body feels lighter, more active, and there’s a strong connection between mind, body, and breath.
